You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any actions taken using your account credentials.
To access certain features, such as managing wash history or services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
WashLogger provides tools for tracking, services and managing vehicle wash records and appointments. While we strive to provide accurate information, WashLogger is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or errors caused by third-party service providers.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by or licensed to WashLogger. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or use any materials from the App without prior written consent from WashLogger.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated within the App, and the “Effective Date” above will be updated. Continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or state of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local legal procedures.
