1. Download the APP
2. Check Your Email For Login Information
The email address you used to sign up for the trial or demo was used to create login details for you. Use these login details to access your account. If you need employee accounts please submit a support request with a name & email and they will be made for you.
3. Create Your First Customer
Notes: If you do not have a service address defined you will not be able to start a wash log.
To create your first customer click the customer button when you first enter the app.

Click add in the top right.

You will need to enter in at least the business name, and one service address in full. The billing address is not used to create wash logs. Only service addresses can be used. Click save when you are done. You will then need to select the customer you just created from the list of customers.

4. Add Prices (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP)
Notes: If you do not have at least 1 vehicle type with prices defined you will not be able to start a wash or add fleet IDs. This is the only place where you can add different vehicle types.
Vehicle types need to have prices defined before you are able to add vehicle ID’s or to start a wash.
Click the prices tab at the top of the customer profile.

Add a vehicle name and you must have all service frequencies filled out. In order to take advantage of billing by the ID you need to be able to charge accordingly. So if you have one ID in a fleet that has not been washed in 3 months you can charge them for a monthly price and charge the others at their default pricing. If you don’t wish to use this just make all the prices the same or the ones you don’t use at least $1
Vehicles, Trailers, & Equipment: You must have each type of vehicle and their prices in this section if you want to wash them. You will be unable to add more vehicle types through any other place except the pricing tab.
Add-ons: These are services you provide outside of a basic wash. An example would be if you were washing a reefer and it needed a washout. You could place it in here. Other examples are wax, tire shine, aluminum brightening, extra dirty charges, etc.
Minimum Service Charge: If you have a minimum service charge and the price of the wash is less than the minimum the difference will be made up within the log. So if your minimum is $300 and the total of your wash is $250. The remaining $50 will be added to the log to meet the $300 minimum service charge.
Sales Tax: Place your sales tax this customer will use. If you have multiple sales taxes per customer you will be required to create multiple customer profiles for that customer. Otherwise this will be on a customer based level.
Click save.

5. Add Fleet ID’s To The Fleet Tab
Notes: You must have vehicle types defined in the prices section to see them here and to add IDs
Click the fleet tab on the customers profile

Start adding fleet IDs. The on/off switch will activate/deactivate a fleet. This is done to retire old IDs instead of deleting them.

6. Start Your First Wash
Click the wash tab and select the location / billing frequency for the wash.

Click the scan button at the top of top of the wash. Scan an ID. Data will show up to let you know if the ID is know and the last wash date. If you do not have that ID it will show up in red. You can save the ID through the pop up window that comes up when you attempt to save it. Click add at the bottom of the pop up. Select the type and hit save. This will place the ID within the customers fleet. You will need to click save again to log this vehicle in the wash. You may need to scroll down on the scanning page to see the save button.

When you click the review button you will be able to see the vehicles you washed. If you scroll down the bottom you will see a section. Click the complete button to finish the wash log and to be able to download & share the wash log.
